NATHAN H. YEUNG
Engineering Portfolio
I am currently completing my Ph.D. at UC Irvine in mechanical and aerospace engineering with a specialization noise modeling and analysis. My research interests revolve around propeller noise optimization.

As an undergraduate at UC Irvine, I've played a leading part in many student run electric aircraft design projects. Now as a masters student I work with professors as project advisors and Teaching Assistants to senior aerospace classes.

I am currently a researcher at the Aircraft Systems Laboratory, where I develop, analyze, and validate noise models, particularly for propellers. I am also consistently a Teaching Assistant for the university's senior aerodynamic performances and aircraft design courses, as well as a project advisor for the Design Build Fly undergraduate projects.

This portfolio outlines my skills, engineering interests, and achievements.
